The following is the letter that Tiffany Knapp, President, River City Rowing Club, sent to to club members regarding renewal of membership with RCRC.

RCRC Members,

Attached is the Membership Application* for renewing your membership with RCRC.
It includes the membership form, a description of the committees, and the waiver. Please fill out the membership information and return it along with the waiver and payment to Annette Tietz, Membership Coordinator.

You can either mail the forms and money to the RCRC P.O. Box (address at the top of the form) or place everything in the "Membership" box at the back of the eight's house (near the key rack). If you have questions, please contact Annette (rcrc_membership@ yahoo.com).

If you would prefer to RENEW ONLINE, renewal information will be up on RegattaCentral.com shortly. An email will be sent to the Club when the RegattaCentral form is ready. You will still need to fill out a paper copy of the WAIVER*.

Also attached is the current list of approved VOLUNTEER HOUR activities* and a description of the tracking. This list will be continually updated throughout the year.

Paper copies of the Membership Application*, Waiver*, and Volunteer Hour Opportunities* will also be available in the boathouse starting on Wednesday morning, June 13, 2007. If you have a boat in storage, you will be receiving the storage contract separately.

Information on dues, storage fees, etc. can be found on the RCRC website (http://www.rivercityrowing.org/ membership/memberdues2007.html).

Finally, if you have collegiate rowers joining your team only for the summer, please have them fill out the membership form and waiver* and contact Annette (rcrc_membership@ yahoo.com) for payment information. Summer COLLEGIATE rowers are charged $60 for a 3-month summer membership.
