Candidates seeking a fuller coaching schedule could apply to both a Junior and Masters coach role, for a total of 16-20 practice hours per week.

Registrar

Under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Executive Director (AED), the Registrar will manage all aspects of registration for River City Rowing Club.

U16/Novice Men's Lead Coach

The U16/Novice Men’s Lead Coach will lead River City’s youngest and new men's team rowers through the competitive season. The Lead Coach role involves building and implementing an age-appropriate training plan that drives athletic development while promoting teamwork and spurring personal growth in all athletes.

Assistant Coach - Junior Team

Under the direction of the Junior Team lead coaches, the Junior Team Assistant Coach runs regular season practices for athletes assigned to them that day, depending on the relative need of the lead coaches.

Assistant Coach - Intermediate Masters Team

Our Intermediate Masters Team continues to grow , now with 40+ athletes in their second to fourth year of rowing.
