RCRC hosts and joins several annual fundraisers, in addition to welcoming donations anytime in the year

Big Day of Giving - May 6, 2021

RCRC has been privileged and excited to participate in Big Day of Giving - the Sacramento region's annual fundraiser for community non-profits - since 2015. Through the support of RCRC members & their families, friends of the Club, and the broader community, BDOG fundraising has enabled RCRC to welcome new members, and funded many of our most key yet expensive purchases. We invite you to join the Sacramento community in support of all area nonprofits on May 6, 2021 and ask you to remember RCRC.

Throughout the spring, as Big Day of Giving approaches, follow the RCRC facebook page to learn how to donate as well as RCRC's plans for the future.

Giving Tuesday, Dec 1, 2020

RCRC invites members to join the club in participating in Giving Tuesday this year, on Dec 1, 2020. This is RCRC's first year officially participating and we hope you will join us in making it a rewarding day for RCRC and the greater community. Support youth and adult rowers by making a donation towards the RCRC Expansion Site, so we have space to welcome new members, contributing to the Junior Scholarship Fund, or sponsor a station in the new fitness course. Donations can be made through the Donate Today button above, or email Executive Direction Arthur Ericsson to collaborate on how your support and make the biggest impact at RCRC: ed@rivercityrowing.org

Junior Team Erg-a-thon

The Junior Team's annual Erg-a-thon, held over two days in early December, is the program's largest fundraiser. Each Junior athlete (including coxswains) completes four hour-long workouts, demonstrating dedication to their team. Prior to the event, the athletes solicit support from family, friends, and the broader community. To sponsor an athlete in need of your support, email Head Junior Team Coach Arthur Ericsson at ed@rivercityrowing.org.

The Junior Team Ergathon is canceled for fall 2020. We invite you to support the Junior Team through the West Sac Foundation All Charities Raffle, or during Giving Tuesday, Dec 1, 2020
